Submit A Maintenance Request
The best way to submit a maintenance request is through the online tenant portal, however, you can also send the details of your maintenance concerns to maintenance@bigtproperties.com. If you email your request, please include your name, updated contact information and address to ensure a quick resolution of your work order.
Non-emergency work tickets can take up to 2 weeks to be addressed, thank you for your patience and please get in touch if you have not heard from a member of our maintenance team within that time frame.
