The best way to submit a maintenance request is through the online tenant portal, however, you can also send the details of your maintenance concerns to If you email your request, please include your name, updated contact information and address to ensure a quick resolution of your work order.

Non-emergency work tickets can take up to 2 weeks to be addressed, thank you for your patience and please get in touch if you have not heard from a member of our maintenance team within that time frame.
